I’m renting out a big, cozy private room with your own private entrance and a full bathroom (with a tub!) in a 2bs apt.

We’ll only share the kitchen. The apartment is a colorful, art-filled space with lots of personality—funky bedsheets, vibrant towels, and a mix of colors and prints, all in a chic, tasteful way.

It’s 1 block from Maria Hernandez Park and 2 blocks from the Jefferson L train (less than 20 mins to Manhattan).

Your Room & Setup:

Private Entrance
Private Full Bathroom (with a tub)
Room faces backyards

Our rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment (with the kitchen and living room in between them) so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

What’s Included:

Fresh bedsheets, towels, and all the essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, shaving stuff etc.

Fast WiFi & everything you need for a comfy stay.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my mini-poodle, Pepsi. She’s hypoallergenic, super friendly (sometimes a bit too much). If you’re not into saying hi to her - let me know, I’ll keep Pepsi in my room during your stay.
