Looking for a third roommate to fill out our new 2nd floor walk up 3bd/1b apartment in Bed-Stuy, 2 blocks from Herbert Von King park. $1250 + utilities. The apartment has a dishwasher, hardwood floors, in-building laundry, bathtub, and very sunny communal spaces. It is on a pretty tree-lined street with lots of cute neighborhood shops and restaurants nearby.

We have signed a year-long lease with a Jan 1, 2025 move-in and would like to find a third roommate to sign a sublet agreement for the entire lease cycle.

Your room is spacious and gets nice light. It's off of the living room with a North facing window. It has a sizable closet and looks out into the building courtyard. Will provide a video walkthrough of the apartment upon inquiry.

We're looking for someone on the cleaner side who is good for holding each other accountable and likes to communicate kindly & directly when issues or needs come up. We want to build a home that feels comfy, cozy, and ours. Apartment common spaces are partially-furnished so additions are welcome.
