Hi! My husband and I are looking for a one bedroom (or more) in North Park Slope or a nearby neighborhood. We have lived here for the past four years and recently were told that our landlord is selling the apartment. We are devastated as we love living here! We are a quiet, clean couple with a 45 pound retriever mix dog and on the weekends enjoy traveling up to Vermont for skiing/hikes, exploring different breweries/restaurants, going to Prospect Park. We have a great relationship with our current landlord and hope to have live in owners at our next place (but if not, that's ok). We are available to move between now and June 30. Request is that the apartment is pet friendly and no more than $4k. We prefer a brownstone type apartment and no smaller than 650 sq feet. Ideally would like nearby, dependable transportation as I work up in Washington Heights. Thank you!
My pronouns are she/her, and my husband's are he/him. We are mid 30's and although are homebodies during the weekdays (besides when we are off to work), we like doing fun things on the weekends. We met in Oregon and have been together for 10+ years, and have an adventurist heart so often times out at the park, exploring different neighborhoods or traveling upstate or to Vermont for a nature filled getaway. We are outgoing, and kind. We are the type to bring packages and mail in for you and give you extra cartons of oat milk we purchased from Costco! We are dog lovers and own a 45 pound sweet angel who is a retriever mix. She loves all people and dogs and is a snuggle muffin.
