Hello, I am seeking an apartment for a January move or later.

My ideal apartment is within 15-minutes walk to a waterfront and to a park, has great natural light, and is surrounded by tree-lined streets with some restaurants, cafes, and stores. Prefer 2nd floor or higher. I would consider first floor only if it included private outdoor space. Laundry in-unit or in-building would be nice but is not a requirement. $2300/mo or less, but willing to pay more for the right space and location.
