I’m seeking a studio or one-bedroom apartment, but I’m open to a shared space if it feels like a great fit. My budget is around $2200, and I prefer an unfurnished space. Bonus points for apartments with lots of sunlight and character—tin ceilings, crown moldings, former fireplaces, etc. I’m open to many neighborhoods in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I especially love the Upper West Side, West Village, East Village, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope, and Williamsburg.

I have a strong rental history, excellent references, and take great pride in being a respectful, responsible, and caring tenant. I love making my home a beautiful, clean and peaceful space.
