We currently live in Williamsburg in a two bedroom two bath unit. We have some additional space including a small office. We’re looking for something comparable. Hopefully about 1200 ft.². We are both public school teachers. One of us works in Williamsburg at a public school and the other in Manhattan. We have a son who attends middle school in Williamsburg.

I have lived and worked in Williamsburg for over 20 years. I lived on Ainslie Street for 13 years and have now lived on Maujer Street for eight years. We are great and responsible tenants. Looking to live somewhere for a long time. Would gladly stay in our current place, but are looking at a 50% rate increase. Looking for fair and reasonable landlords.
