Looking for a room, a sublet, roommates, or well decorated cardboard box.

I don't have pets. I don't smoke, and I'm pretty clean. Everything I own can fit in the smallest U-Hual pod they have available. Honestly I'm pretty flexible right now so I'm down for about anything just as long as I'll be able to work from home and I'm not super far out of the way from the main train lines, as I'll have to travel around a lot to reach different clients across the city on occasion.

Can live with roommates, can live without. Would like to make some new friends though as I'll be moving solo.

In terms of stay, I could do something short or something a bit longer. A min of 3 months so I can get my bearings a little bit would be really appreciated.

I'm a 27 year old guy (he/him) who got a job in the city and trying to move to the area. I work from home as an IT Consultant for a NYC based company, and in my spare time I'm a writer publishing my first book. Also play a lot of video games.

Personality wise I'm low maintenance homebody who cleans when I'm stressed or inebriated. Not a neat freak by any means but I definitely clean. I get along well with pretty much everybody I meet, but I have a soft spot for artists or just passionate people.

I tend to prefer more quiet spaces so I can focus on work or relax, but that doesn't mean I don't like to have fun or even get a little loud sometimes.
