Hey there! I am hoping to sublet my lovely 1 bedroom apartment this summer. My place is available starting on May 24, and the end date is somewhat flexible. I would prefer someone who can stay for 3+ weeks.
**I am also open to an apartment swap with someone in New York City (Manhattan/Brooklyn preferred)**
The apartment:
- Spacious 1 bedroom you would have to yourself
- South-facing windows that get amazing natural light
- Bedroom includes queen bed, multiple dressers (that I will partially clear out for you), large closet
- WFH setup with a motorized standing desk and monitor that looks out over a gorgeous leafy view, fast WiFi
- Living room with dining table, couch, smart TV, and books for borrowing
- Kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, full set of utensils/tools, plus condiments and spices for use
- No pets allowed, unfortunately
- Building has coin laundry in the basement
- I try to decorate my place intentionally and would want you to feel at home :)
The neighborhood:
- On a quiet slow street (limited cars/noise) that is perfect for walks, runs and/or bike rides
- Centrally located in the adorable Lower Haight neighborhood, right by Alamo Square, Duboce Park, and cute shops/restaurants/bars on Haight St + Divisadero St
- 15 min walk to Whole Foods, 5 min walk to smaller food markets on Haight St
- 5 min walk to the N train (to get downtown or to BART)
- 2 min walk to 6 + 7 buses
- 5 min walk to the 22 + 24 buses
I am 28 (she/her) and work as a researcher in San Francisco. I have sublet via the Listings Project in the past and have had great experiences with everyone on the site! If we end up apartment swapping, I would be happy to chat SF hiking, museums, food recs, etc.
