I'm looking to try out living in NYC for a few years. I spent the summer in Crown Heights, and the month of October in Bed-Stuy, but now, I'm looking to find a more permanent place. I have spent the last four years living in Oakland, California. I am currently in Oakland right now, but looking to return to New York soon.

If it ends up being a housemate situation, what I look for in a housemate is pretty simple really: consideration, friendliness, cleanliness, and positive vibes. If you're someone who values open communication, respects personal space, and doesn't mind the occasional chill conversation about random stuff, I assure you that we’ll probably get along just fine. I'm pretty easy-going and adaptable. I have a bit of a knack for keeping things neat and organized.
