I'm a newbie to LA, searching for an ideal place OR a housemate or two who are compatible, who want to find a place together.

I'm a composer, singer, writer and healing artist looking to make the city my home. I work with gentle sound modalities, sing respectfully (not aggro music), and periodically do some content creation.

I'm a very respectful, caring roommate. I'm studying sound design/engineering, transferring from the East coast, and would like to work from home part time (to have a creative lil studio setup and to do sound baths etc). A respectful artist-adjacent non-party home is ideal! I prefer female housemates or a mix is ok.

I love cats and dogs. I have no pets currently.

It would be Amazing to have a piano at home but not a 'requirement'

I'm looking for long-term but open to trying out a living arrangement & seeing how it clicks (a few months at least is ideal!)

Personality-wise i'm introverted, but down for a nice convo or tea, do my own thing, respect others' needs. Like to go out to an event sometimes, hiking, reading, yoga, fitness & nutrition & body/mind/soul, the desert, nature, travel, road trips, cool atmospheric places, and would love to explore the city but have a cozy place to call home (ie., to make a home).

Max budget is $1800 but prefer 1500-1700 range.
