Hello! My name is Áine Hegarty (pronounced Anya). I’m a 32-year-old wardrobe stylist working full-time in the fashion industry. I’ve been living in New York for three years and am looking for a long-term rental to call home starting January 1 or later—flexible on a start date.
I’m seeking a studio or a shared space that feels like a great fit. My budget is around $1800, and I prefer an unfurnished space. Bonus points for apartments with lots of sunlight and character—tin ceilings, crown moldings, fireplaces, etc. I’m open to many neighborhoods in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I especially love Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Upper West Side, West Village, East Village and Williamsburg.
A little about me: I have a strong rental history, excellent references, and take great pride in being a respectful, responsible, and caring tenant. I love making my home a beautiful, clean and peaceful space. I’m a kind, upbeat, and friendly person. My interests include going to the ballet, exploring new restaurants, interior design, and making art in various mediums.
If you have a place that might be a good fit or know someone who does, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to hear from you and live with you! Let's make a beautiful home together full of art, good lighting and character. <3
