I am looking to rent a Room, Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan or further, Ok to commute. Currently in Astoria.

Currently in a temporary place, so my move-in date is September 30 / OCT 1 and flexible on that.

I am honest, positive and reliable with good references, and I pay rent ahead of time.

- I'm looking for long term, at least a year, but will consider short term.
- Would like to pay between $1,200 - 1,700 / month.
- Close to a train is important.
- If it's a Room, looking for a very tidy, organized place.
- If it's a Room, a roommate that's laid back with a sense of humor would be a great match.
