I am renting out the biggest room in my apt. It has two windows and its own bathroom. No fees or deposit. $1600 for the space utilities included.

It’s in bushwick right off the j train.
Laundry in the neighborhood and in basement.

Unfurnished, might have a queen size bed available.

There are two other rooms in the apt that are filled with myself and my roommate.

I am a trans femme. I use she her pronouns.

I’m a photographer, producer and performance artist. I like to keep to myself in the house with the occasional chat. Love to keep the communal space organized and regularly redecorate and or move things around. I host a friend here and there but like to keep the place calm for the majority. Currently looking for a third roomie. We are 420 friendly. I keep the place on the cold side, so it would be ideal to find someone who also enjoys a cold home (with the exception of freezing lol) Looking for someone who will respect the space and the cleanliness expectations. No shoes, no dishes in the sink, no pets. Looking for someone who works outside of their living space.
