I work as a design researcher with creative passion projects on the side and a robust social life with a love for my home and sanctuary. I’m seeking a roommate and space who shares similar living values and logistical criteria :)

Logistics:

- Prefer 1 roommate in a 2-3 bedroom apartment
- Clinton Hill is ideal, but open to surrounding neighborhoods like Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Bed Stuy, Crown Heights as long as it's close to a park and is spacious
- Prioritizing spaciousness, and open to an extra bedroom for shared office or multi-purpose use if we find a miracle space
- 1-year lease
- Femme-identifying, age range 25-35 with plenty of experience living with roommates
- Price range: $1300 - $1900
- Move-in: Flexible, between October 15 2024 and December 2024 for 12 months with an option to re-lease

Home Environment: I love keeping the common spaces clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing with minimal clutter - plants, comfy seating, and pleasant or neutral smells make a home feel peaceful and welcoming :)

Roommate Vibes: I value kindness and open communication to make sure we both feel comfortable and that each of our living habits is respectful of the other's needs in our shared space. I believe in the power of finding a solution or compromise to any disagreement with consideration, vulnerability, and humor! Whether we’re just friendly roommates or our friendship grows over time, having healthy space, mutual respect, and regular check-ins about things like bills, home design ideas, or anything that comes up is important to me :)

Question: What kind of roommate dynamic do you prefer?

Neighborhood/Home: I’m currently in Ridgewood but craving more trees, parks, and natural light! Clinton Hill would be perfect, but I’m open to nearby neighborhoods too!

Question: What neighborhoods are you interested in and why?

Work & Lifestyle: I work from home in tech, tutor kids in math on Zoom, and DJ around Brooklyn. I have an active social life, travel a few times a year, and love hosting occasional cozy dinners or arts and crafts nights with friends. Most nights are a sanctuary of quiet and coziness for me though!

Question: What’s your lifestyle like?

Interests: I’m passionate about nature, being on the dancefloor, DJing, exploring the food scene, visiting saunas/spas, mentoring kids, record shopping, and traveling. I’m a big water lover too—whether swimming in the sea or just being near it! I also love interior and spatial design and go to conferences/talks and am part of communities that are also design enthusiasts.
