Room available September 1st in 3BR apt. in Hamilton Heights, 148th St. btwn B'way and Amsterdam.

Elevator building with friendly neighbors on a beautiful block in beautiful neighborhood. Great parks and lovely architecture. Multiple cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Close to 1 or ABCD trains. 2 roommates: quiet, friendly, and low-key.

The room currently has a queen-sized bed and frame. The bed can be removed if not needed. I've included pictures of the room both with and without the bed.
