Looking for someone to share a beautiful, light-filled 2000 sq ft. house with me in Livingston Manor available starting Oct. 1 through April 30th. Dates flexible, with possible option to extend through May. Full and part time inquires welcome.

You'd share the house with me and my sweet, two-year old, medium-size dog. This peaceful, cozy house is perfect for a city escape, writer's retreat, or low-key house share. There is plenty of space for hanging out and independence/solitude.

The house has two queen bedrooms, one guest room with a queen pull-out sofa (and comfy memory foam mattress), and two office spaces. Fully furnished, with tons of amenities:

- Brand new kitchen appliances and countertops, with every cooking utensil available
- Cozy up in the library or by the fire.
- Large primary bedroom with ensuite and garden tub
- Formal dining room seats 8-12
- Living room with projector and wood stove,
- SoulCycle bike
- Brand new outdoor deck for dining, sunning, and morning yoga.
- Washer and dryer in the basement.
-Basement could be used as art/maker studio
- Super fast wifi (500 Mbps)
- Backyard fire pit and hammock. Trails on the 10 acres of property. Lots of privacy.

Accessibility: room available is up one flight of stairs, front porch and back deck have 3 steps each.

Livingston Manor is a very cute town a 10 minute drive from the house with stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Catskill Arts Space. Also an 8 minute drive from Jeffersonville. The house is on a hill set back from the road so very quiet and peaceful.

I am a 45-yr-old queer (they/she) writer, researcher, educator, and activist. I am based in Brooklyn usually, but will be upstate full time for the length of the sublet. I work from home, but since the house has two office spaces and plenty of room, it's ok if you do too! I'm very experienced at living with roommates and can get along easily in a shared setting. My dog is impossibly cute and sweet. She's way more into other dogs than people, so she won't be on top of you, but it'd be great if you were a dog lover so we all feel comfortable sharing the space.
