My name is ET, Im a 34 yo female searching for STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM apartment anywhere in Manhattan, Harlem or Brooklyn (Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn). I am very clean, dont smoke, no pets. Looking to move in end of February 2/28 or starting 3/1/25.

I am professional artist and art administrator with full time work schedule. I work in Chelsea and Midtown Manhattan. I am open to sublets, lease takeover or renting. Looking for long term lease 6+ months. Looking for FURNISHED (must bed) apartment to myself, ideally no roommates. I am new to NYC and don't have any large furniture.

Alternatively, I am open to 1 other roommate dynamic ages 25+ if we each have our own bedroom and bathroom (2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom).
