Hi, I'm doing some personal and work travel this month and looking to sublet my 2-floor apartment.

The apartment is large, comprising two floors of a narrow type of a brownstone (built 1920). Sleeps 2 or 3, including a queen sized Tuft & Needle bed and a large couch, though preference will be given to smaller groups of travellers. Skylights, one full bathroom with tub, two empty closets with built in shelving and hanging space for storage of your things, a large living area, secondary upstairs room, dining nook, and a galley kitchen with dishwasher are among the amenities. Now that spring is here most of the plants are out on the stoop and take care of themselves :). Kitchen mostly stocked with odds and ends but it does feature 3 separate ways to make pourover coffee.

Rent includes WiFi and utilities. Thermostat controlled radiator heat, there is also a space heater available and window ACs if it gets warm. This is a beautiful time of year where you might not need any of it, but it's there.

Location is in the heart of Bed-Stuy on a quiet residential block around the corner from Sincerely Tommy and Dear Friend books, walkable to many restaurants, Herbert von King park, and transit. Just a selection of the restaurants a 4 minute walk away: Warude, Little grenjai, Bar camillo, Macosa trattoria. Daphne’s a six minute walk. Plus countless delis and laundromats open long hours, specialty coffee shops, wine bars, cocktail bars, regular bars, and the boutiques, bookstores, yoga studio and weekend entertainment of Tompkins avenue right around the corner. Music venues nearby like Lunatico for jazz and medium to large music/ club venues over in bushwick. And transit takes you to the rest of the city.

$200 cleaning fee, space will be professionally cleaned before handoff.
