Ciao! I’m an Italian-born, Venice Beach-based creative with a deep passion for marketing, fitness, holistic health, and action sports. I’ve spent the last 15 years working in marketing, blending strategy with creativity, and have been lucky enough to call the U.S. home for just as long.
I’m the tenant of this apartment and I’m a total neat freak, who keeps the space super clean and tidy. Looking for someone who respects my space as much as I do.
Outside of work, I live for snowboarding, motorcycle riding, and meditation—a balance between adrenaline and peace. I’m an avid traveler, having lived in six different countries, and I speak multiple languages. Whether I’m carving down a mountain, exploring a new city, or just enjoying a quiet moment, I always seek beauty, movement, and mindfulness.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Short term ($1000 per week):
1) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. This amount will be subtracted from the total cost upon your stay.
2) $100 utilities deposit due upon check in
3) $1000 refundable security deposit due upon check in
4) $150 cleaning fee upon check in
One month term ($3700):
1) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. This amount will be subtracted from the total cost upon your stay.

4) $250 cleaning fee upon check in
I want someone to sublet it for the entire month, but a minimum stay of a week is required. If you prefer the apartment to be unfurnished, we can talk about that. As long as everything is left in the same condition as it was found, the entire deposit will be returned within 48 hours of your leaving the apartment. The only fee will be a cleaning fee, which is standard so that the apartment can be cleaned after your departure.
