Short term:
1) Dec 30~Jan 12 for $600 (security deposit $600)
2) Dec 11~Dec 26 $700 - this room will have an air mattress + comfy topper. (security deposit $700)

Long term: starting from Jan 15th till July 31 (the lease ends at July 31, so ideally who can co-sign the lease when we have to renew)
You: shouldn't be allergic to cats, we have a friendly cat 😃
your room: will be opposite side of the 2 bedroom. you can keep privacy 🙂
• Rent: $1516 + utilities/mo ($1516 for a security deposit)
• Apt: 1bd/3bd second floor in a townhouse with 1bath/kitchen/living room/roof shared. sun drenched apt with lots of windows ❤️
• Location: 5min walk from classon G stop. clinton hill~bedford in brooklyn
Co-living space-kitchen/living room are furnished
-No smoking, drug use, party- I prefer to have someone who is clean, neat, and respects the house rules.
-In a quiet neighborhood within easy walking to assorted local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, laundry, bars, etc.
