Our home is tucked one block off Sunset on a quiet residential block, a couple blocks from Sunset Junction in Silverlake. 90 Walk score, 79 bike score. We've been here 9 years, and love our home, our block, and our neighborhood - hoping to find someone to do the same while we travel!

The house is available now through mid-March, with some flexibility on either end. $3600/month, or for certain situations we will consider shorter rentals at $1000/week.

Walk less than 5 minutes to Intelligentsia, Erewhon, Black Cat, 15 minutes along Sunset to Los Feliz, or 30 in the opposite direction along Sunset to Echo Park. A lovely hike through the hills will take you directly to the Reservoir in under 30 minutes.

The house gets beautiful light, and the private, gated front garden with outdoor living room is great for sitting out by day under the umbrella or by night at the gas firepit table.

The living room has an LG OLED 55” smart TV, and a cotton twill Restoration Hardware couch for lounging.

In the dining area there is a table with seating for six, a full harp upright piano (it’s tuned), and a record player with a smattering of records you can help yourself to.

We cook a lot, and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. There is a gas range/oven, a little half sized dishwasher next to the sink, and all the pantry basics and tools you could ever want. The fridge has water and ice in the door, and there is a little smart toaster oven for quick meals.

The bedroom has queen bed and a smaller 30” TV with Apple TV, plus closet and drawer space.

The house comes with one parking spot conveniently right next to the back entrance. We have a stacked washer/dryer, heat, and AC. Holiday decorations featured in the photos will be removed before rental begins.
