I would ideally like a back house option in these neighborhoods, preferably 2 bedroom.

I do need free or reduced pricing for rent.

I have a 7 year old boy and share 50% custody so he’s not around half the time. I have 2 wonderful cats.

Will need WiFi, but can contribute to utilities.

I would prefer a private unit, no roommates.
