I am subletting a small bedroom in my two bedroom apartment.
The room is small, about 65 sq feet and has a lofted bed. There is no closet in the bedroom but a large hanger with shelves and three large storage boxes. I can provide extra box if necessary but be mindful, storage is limited.
The apartment is very clean (important that you are too) and comes with an adorable cat, so if you're not cat friendly please do not apply.
Rooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment and your room is facing the back yard so it's very quiet and sunny during the day.
This is perfect for someone looking to sublet temporarily. Move in and move out dates are flexible.
You'd be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me.
This is a peaceful, queer friendly and quiet household, so absolutely no partying at home.
The area is very convenient, 3 min walk to the L train on Halsey st, 15 min. walk to the J train on Halsey and Irving square park two blocks away. There's numerous bars and restaurants in the area, yet it still maintains a more residential identity.
Write a bit about yourself and how long you are looking to sublet for. Room is available for one or two months with possibility of extension up to three months for the right person.
