I am looking to sublet my spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden between the months of May and July. The apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up (no elevator) with south-facing windows that get beautiful light all day long with a view of a church and trees. The space is fully furnished with rugs and paintings from my travels. The apartment is 2 blocks from Prospect Park, a Lincoln Market grocery store, a laundromat (with drop-off/pick-up service), and the B/Q subway line. My building is quiet; the block I live on is next to the historic district and Little Caribbean, so you have great food options, beautiful historic homes and gardens, and friendly neighbors. The apartment has been a wonderful and peaceful refuge for me, and I would like to sublet to a person or couple who are looking for an affordable space from May through July. I have a smart TV in my living room as well as an additional bed for guests!
