Apartment has combo W/D, central heat, dish washer, fully stocked kitchen. Large windows in bedroom and living room. Very spacious one bedroom. 4th floor walkup, but the very top of the building. Huge TV, well stocked kitchen, crockpot and Ninja Creami!

$3500 for the month, and can negotiate if longer or shorter.

I’m gone for the holidays but happy to jump on a FaceTime or send any more photos! I’ll be back for two weeks in January and can also talk then to show the apartment!
