My partner and I are both creative professionals--

A little about me -- I am an actor and founder of a national staffing agency. Running my business fully remotely, the amount of natural light that this apartment has has been critical to my overall wellbeing. Between the rooftop garden and being steps from Prospect Park, this apartment makes it very easy to find windows of relaxation.

My partner is a music director and conductor working within the Broadway community. His home studio overlooking the rooftop garden is his favorite place to work on his orchestrations. And if he has to travel for work, we are only 25-30 minutes from LaGuardia and JFK airport.

We both take great pride in our home and always leave it clean and presentable. We love to host dinners, head into the city to see theater, and travel a ton.

We have a great relationship with our landlord and he's always attentive to any requests that may come up!
