Building: an artsy, up-to-date building where lots of creative professionals live. It is in a vibrant and amazing part of Bushwick near coffee shops, parks, thrift stores, grocery stories, trains, and anything else that you might need. It also has amenities including washer/dryer (not in unit), gym, garden patio, amazing rooftop, rec room, and even a small movie theatre.

Unit: 1 BR with an office, which is ideal for WFH. The kitchen/living room connects to a windowless room where the bed is, but I generally keep those doors open for natural sunlight to make the main room feel like a big studio. Then the official BR with lots of natural light is set up as an office. Kitchen has a dishwasher. A/C unit in each room.

This price includes rent, access to amenities (e.g., gym), a professional cleaning fee, wifi, and utilities without AC. ***AC is in unit and available for additional charge based on usage.***
