Hi! Subletting my 2 bedroom apt with a garden in prime Fort Greene, Brooklyn. It's central, charming and spacious; has all the amenities, large living room, 2 bedrooms (1 primary bedroom with a king bed, 1 used as kids room with a queen bed), full kitchen, and a beautiful backyard filled with plants and flowers. There is a small park with a tennis court and kid's playground right across the apt.

The apt is 3 blocks away from the beautiful Fort Greene park ( farmer's market every Saturday). The neighborhood is charming, with historical brownstones lining the streets, full of culture (theatre, BAM, movies, music), restaurants and bars and yet not overrun. The best neighborhood in Brooklyn and in all of NYC, in my opinion.

You will be 2 subway stops from downtown Manhattan. Atlantic-Barclays subway station is 7 min walk and has access to most major subway lines (N, Q, R, B, D, 2, 3, 4, 5 lines) and 4 min of walk to Lafayette Ave station (C line).

It's a duplex (2 floors), so there is another tenant living downstairs on the ground level - Ron, an established painter,. There's no shared space, except for the entrance door to the apt. You will have full privacy.

I'm a fine art photographer and my husband is a journalist turned UX designer We have been living in this apt for over 10 years. It's filled with love, art, books etc
