The block is quiet and we have great neighbors. You get sunshine in the living room for most of the afternoon with a view of gardens in the front and back. The bedroom is incredibly quiet for sleeping. Also has blackout shades.

The most common reaction people have when they come stay is "OMG, it's so CUTE!"
