We’re looking for new tenants for our 3-bedroom apartment in Park Slope, located on a quiet, tree-lined block just a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park. Apartment is located in north slope, on Sterling Pl between 6th and 7th Ave. The building was fully renovated in 2021, and we’ve been the only tenants since.

- Flexible layout – we currently use one bedroom as a living space, one as a bedroom, and one as an office.

About This Lister

My wife and I have lived in the apartment for 3 years with our dog. We are the only tenants in the unit since it was renovated in 2021. We will be showing the space ourselves as we are looking to exit our lease 2 months early. So technically it would be a two month lease takeover + a new 12 month lease.

Please note that the new tenant will need to take over the remaining 2 months on our existing lease AND sign a new 12 month lease. So essentially you'd be signing a 14 month lease commitment.

The remaining two months would be from May 1st - June 30th, at our current rate of $4,950. Then, a new 12 month lease term would start that ends June 30th 2026, at a rate of $5,300 per month. No broker fees are charged.

All of the lease details would be signed directly with the management company. We have flexibility on the start date if needed. We'd be happy to give you a virtual tour as a first step if easier. Please reach out with any questions!
