Come take over our lease at this lovely home in cozy Park Slope! This apartment is perfect for a couple or 3 room mates who want to each have well delineated space, and not be on top of each other. We've been using the other 2 bedrooms as an office and a meditation space respectively, and it's been quite nice!

You'll walk up one flight of stairs to this unit in a friendly co-op with no board approval required. Near the 2/3 at Bergen, the B/Q at 7th Avenue, and the R at Union Street, as well as the famed Park Slope Food Co-Op. The surrounding blocks are quite lovely, complete with old churches, tall trees, and families walking their kids to school.

Washer/Dryer in unit, and the bathroom has recently been refurbished. We have a countertop dishwasher that we can leave for you and show you how to use.

Lots of closet space! Each of the 3 bedrooms has a sizable closet, so definitely room for multiple people's worth of stuff.

Although we quite like the space and the area, my partner are each moving out to our own places because we decided to split up. The landlord doesn't yet know that we're looking for a lease takeover, but the intention here is to have someone already lined up when we break the news to her so we can work together on a smooth transition.

We've quite enjoyed the area, going on cozy walks to Park Slope, and also being close to transit so she can get to work easily, which can be a difficulty with the neighborhood if you're further south.

We're leaving the space to live separately as we've decided to separate. Either she or I will show you around the space.
