Hi!
This is a spacious room with a studio attached right outside the room for your private use. Studio can be used for any creative projects, extra desk space, or any kind of usage. It will have thick curtains on the entrance for privacy. (And will be more cleaned up than in the photo for your use!)
The bedroom is spacious with two floor to ceiling windows that bring in sunlight during the day, with a queen size bed that can be heated, desk, and an easel for your use. There is enough space for yoga inside the room, and there is a big closet inside for hanging your clothes. (Only the white one on left in the photo will be available for usage) The room has a radiator that works very good in these colder months, keeping the room cozy.
It is on the parlor floor (second floor of the brownstone) and there is another room and a shared bathroom (just for upstairs) on the floor, with two rooms and a kitchen space downstairs you can use as well. This is a shared apartment with three other roommates who are all in creative/culinary field and each keep to themselves with busy schedules. They mostly stay inside the rooms as there is no other shared living space inside the apartment, in a way bringing more privacy for each person.
There is a nice garden right next door with a beautiful tree, nice wine store around the corner, big grocery store called Lincoln market a block away, laundromat a block away, and very close to subway in a nice residential brownstone block in Bedford Stuyvesant.
I can provide towels if needed, and will have a fresh new bedsheet for your use.

I’m an artist + ceramist traveling for couple months, and I treat my room as a sanctuary, which you will be able to see and feel.
I keep very clean in my room, bathroom, and the kitchen. The studio can handle a little mess during projects/painting as long as it is cleaned up throughly after.
