Yard with a sunny private deck with dining table, large couch, fire pit, and wifi for working outside. Hardwood floors throughout. Bright, clean, modern, plants abound, and extremely comfortable.

Living room has a projector, sound system, record player, incredibly comfortable sofa and arm chair. Dining room is a great place to eat or work. Bedroom has beautiful afternoon light, ample closet space, and a small desk to work from or use as a bed-side table. Incredibly comfortable California King bed and delicious Egyptian cotton sheets.

It will be available Feb 1st to April 30th. Ideally looking for someone to stay the 3 months. Great for a couple. Utilities included. 700 square feet + big outdoor space. $4,300 per month. $1,150 a week.

About This Lister

I am 33 years old, and do artist relations for a food justice nonprofit. After spending nearly a decade in New York, I've been living in LA and renting this apartment for 2 years with my partner (he/him) who has been renting here since 2020. We will be the point of contact for any needs. We are staying in the same time zone while we're away, so we will be available if anything pops up. The property manager is fantastic and gets things taken care of in a timely fashion.

A couple live above us. They have a great dog, who's very respectful of space, but sometimes will sit near the back door to say hello for a few pets on the head. They are great neighbors.

My partner and I have been living together in this apartment for 2 years. We live here with our dog, so please be mindful if there is a pet allergy.
