The SPACE

Meet this gorgeous room in a shared duplex right off the G line's Myrtle-Willoughby station. It is 20 minutes away from Downtown Brooklyn, 15 minutes away from Williamsburg and around to 25 minutes away from Manhattan.

The apartment is big (4bed 2 bath) and has a massive living room with tons of light. It has washer and dryer.

The room is big and cosy. I would leave all the furniture for you to use and maybe storage some things in the closet, but for the most part it is for you to turn it into your home for however long you stay.

I will be travelling for some time and I am extremely flexible about the dates but the initial plan is to sublease it between mid December (around the 15) to the end of January.

The CREW

We are four roommates and the cohabitation is extremely easy and pleasant: everyone is mature and communicative and knows how to take care of the spaces. We all get on well with each other and the atmosphere is always very chill. Everyone is easygoing and open-minded.

We are prioritizing a female but will be considering every candidate. Ideally you are between your late 20s and late 30s, are respectful, and have been sharing an apartment before.
