The apartment is on the 5th floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small living area and kitchen. The apartment also has an in unit washer and dryer and is close to both Astor Place and 2nd Avenue subway stations.

The room is spacious (12 x 14 ft) with an entry way, two large windows, and great natural light. The room has its own bathroom, and if needed, can come furnished. It also is in its own separate wing of the apartment.

Me and my other roommate are quiet and seldom home. We do not spend much time in the living room / communal areas. We are looking for someone who is kind, clean, and also capable of keeping to themselves.

The lease starts May 1st. Rent is ~$2,675.
