Location- a block off of the intersection of Pico and Robertson. Love this area! Walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. A mile from Trader Joe’s and Target. This area is full of families but also some young renters, really a great community.

The Building - small multi unit building, neighbors are all very friendly and helpful, landlords own and manage the property and are very kind and easy to get a hold of. Washer and dryer in the building.

The Apartment - gorgeous hardwood floors, large living room, tons of storage in the kitchen and hallway, small space to use off of kitchen (could be an extra room with the use of a divider), good sized bedroom with large closet in bedroom, great lighting throughout the day. I'll miss it so much!

Furniture - see photos! I moved in semi-recently (November) so it’s basic furnishings but good lighting and rugs in every room. Large TV. I’m not super attached to anything so if you want to redecorate feel free! The only thing I’d 100% like to keep is the bed frame and mattress and the rugs, but if you want to store them away feel free as long as they’re kept in the apartment or in my storage unit (we can coordinate).

Appliances - stainless steel fridge, stove and oven, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, vacuum, and mop for hardware floors.
