A lovely 2 bedroom apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac street. My apartment is the entire top floor of a duplex with windows on all sides so there's tons of light throughout the day. Also makes the space feel like a private treehouse. Most buildings on my small block are houses, so it's a low-key area.

About the space: There's one large bedroom with a king size bed and adjustable bed frame. Another medium sized room that I currently use as an office with a desk and ergonomic chair. A very spacious living room with tv, couch and chaise. Sonos speakers with ability to play across 3 rooms. Kitchen has a dishwasher and most cooking essentials (Chemex pourover & coffee grinder, Bullet blender, etc). A separate dining nook for the table. Bathroom has a small tub. Window AC units for most rooms. A balcony upstairs and a separate private outdoor area downstairs where the personal washer/dryer is also located. Very easy parking (no street sweeping). I'm usually able to park right in front of my door. I'm a pretty minimal person so the whole space feels totally uncluttered and spacious.

About the neighborhood: Right by the Silver Lake reservoir and minutes from Echo Park, Los Feliz, Highland Park, Griffith Park and most east side attractions. Great wine shop, CVS & Whole Foods < 2m down the road.

I'm an independent filmmaker. I enjoy films, basketball and good food. I've lived here for 4+ years and absolutely adore the space. I'm tidy and take good care of it. I'll be heading out of town for a short trip and would love for someone to enjoy the space while I'm away.
