The loft is full of light from our building-wide expanse of west-facing windows; it is fully furnished and decorated, and has central AC & Heat, high ceilings, and two very quiet and comfortable bedrooms.
Our loft is one easy flight of stairs up to the second floor; seriously, no exaggeration: everyone always comments on how easy the stairs are! Our loft apartment sleeps up to six people (or possibly seven including a baby): two bedrooms (king and queen), two bathrooms (one in the primary bedroom suite), extra-large sectional sofa, that functions very well for guests/sleeping in large living room; brand new appliances in brand new kitchen; washer and dryer in loft’s own laundry room; hardwood floors; new bathrooms and fixtures; we also have numerous artworks our walls that you can see in the pictures.
During your NYC visit, you will be located in the absolute best little corner of the very best neighborhood: the East Village (an actual neighborhood!), adjacent to Tompkins Square Park (and it’s three playgrounds), with cafes, gelato spots, restaurants, beautiful community gardens, East Village and Lower East Side galleries and shops.
The building is very secure, with security cameras; families with children are most welcome!
