Our beautiful and sunlit apartment is available for the holiday season and winter sublet during our travels. We are looking for a non-smoking, non-pet tenant to sublet our apartment for a minimum of three weeks starting December 22nd. Dates are somewhat flexible.

The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located in the heart of Greenpoint, right next to McCarren Park. It's steps away from all the restaurants, bars, wine shops, and the weekly farmer's market. The Greenpoint subway stop Nassau Ave is a two-minute walk, and there is a bus stop across the street.

The apartment is on a high floor with panoramic views of the city and Brooklyn. It has three balconies. The unit includes laundry (washer-dryer), air conditioning, and Spectrum Wi-Fi.

One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a couch that opens into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove/oven and a dishwasher. The unit also has two workstations with monitors for those who work from home. The building elevator opens directly to the unit with a key.

We have put so much love into our unit and are looking for someone who will treat it with the same care and cleanliness.
