OVERVIEW
located in the heart of bed stuy (or maybe the left lung)
i've lived here for 3 years, i love this place and have carefully curated a lot of trinkets and random things in it so i'm really looking for a considerate, clean, responsible, mature person / couple to stay. this apartment is the entire upstairs of a brownstone, up 1 flight upstairs.

features lots of natural light and hardwood floors.

house plant literacy is a huge plus too i'm gonna ask you to help water my plants :)

THE ROOMS
the apartment is split up into a big studio room, a big living room, and the bedroom is in the smallest room. the bed is a Full size bed.
the block i live on is super quiet and very cute, its across the street from the community garden. the internet is blazing fast (fios) so its perfect for working from home or locking in creatively.

the kitchen is fully stocked. i cook A LOT so i probably have everything you need. feel free to help yourself to the spices and herbs n stuff like that in the pantry.

i do not have any pets, but if you do we can discuss, i'm not fully opposed but we'll have to take some precautions

I'm really OD clean and quiet and am looking for someone similar to my vibe to sublet to.

I'm suuuuper tight with my landlord and she takes really good care of this building. If there are any issues (there are literally never issues) we can get it handled right away.
