Furnished with basics such as (Full sized bed, desk, and dresser) and lots of space for your own things! Can also come completely unfurnished if preferred. Noting some of the items in the photo I will be taking with me but I'm flexible and we can talk about what you need might need during your stay. We're on an upper level floor so the two North facing windows get indirect light throughout the day. High ceilings. Wood floors. Large closet with lots of storage space!

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, warm, artsy, and eclectic, with a large living room to hang out in. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. *Elevator in building!*

🌳About the neighborhood:
Great location for transportation: 10min walk to A/C or 3 Trains. Steps away from B43, B44, B65 bus stops. Grocery stores, library, laundry and Brower park also <10min away. Franklin Ave just two blocks away has lots of bar, shops, and restaurants.

I (Jasmin, she/her) am the current tenant. I'm leaving this apartment because I'm moving into my own place, otherwise I'd be sticking around! It's a great location and a great sized-room. A nice place to land for a month plus.

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate (she/her) who is kind, easy-going, works outside of the apartment and likes to come home to relax and decompress. Hoping to find someone that is clean, considerate, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
