I’m doing a masters abroad so looking for someone to take my subleasers place!

I'm renting out a primary sized bedroom plus an additional shared room/office. it's a primary sized bedroom with a closet- however the cats’ litter pans are in there. My roommate is very diligent about cleaning them out and the surrounding area but want to be transparent!

It’s a super beautiful and large (1150 sq. ft) three bedroom one bath conveniently located on the border of prospect and crown heights — right by prospect park and countless restaurants.

- Third floor Walk up
- $2135/ month + gas (the $35 is for WiFi)
- All furnished — only things you need are your suitcases and toiletries. Both rooms are king size.
- 3 months minimum — starting May 4 with slightly flexible dates if needed. Ideally looking for something long term.

This apartment is perfect for someone who wants studio space or a home office!

- MUST BE OKAY WITH CATS. They’re the friendliest funniest little guys (see photos...) and we keep the apartment very clean and tidy, but if you don’t like cats, probably not a great fit!

Location: Two minute walk from the Franklin 2, 3, 4, 5, and S. About a 5 minute walk to Brooklyn museum. So close to prospect park which besides falling in love with the apartment is one of the main reasons I chose to live here!

She's 26 years old, works in film law. She loves cooking, fitness, being outside, and exploring new places! Typically super low key, and not interested in bringing the party home but always a fan of having friends over to drink and dance. She works remotely and travels quite a bit. I’ve never had a better roommate and she’s such an all around incredible person both as a friend and as a roommate, you’d be lucky to live with her!

Looking for someone who is very clean and respectful of their surroundings and without pets!

About This Lister

My name is Molly and I work as a strategic designer and fine artist. I am currently doing my masters in London in Innovation and Design Management. I am in love with this space and the surrounding area and looking for someone to rent it while I am gone for another year.

A little bit about my roommate:
She's 26 years old, works in film law. She loves cooking, fitness, being outside, and exploring new places! Typically super low key, and not interested in bringing the party home but always a fan of having friends over to drink and dance. She works remotely but also travels quite a bit. She is perhaps the greatest roommate I've ever had.

She also has two cats – they're super funny guys who LOVE attention. As mentioned in the post, they eat and do their business in the office space, but my roommate is hyper diligant in making sure things stay tidy in there. They also sleep in there, otherwise they'll drive you crazy during the night.

All the furnishings in the apartment are my own – most of it second hand/vintage/family hand-me-downs so it means a lot to me that I have people that take care of it.

We love coming home to this apartment and see it as our oasis from all the New York City energy, and look forward to sharing that feeling with someone new!
