This listing is for a spacious bedroom plus a smaller, bonus office/studio (although the office/studio is technically big enough to fit a bed too!). Both rooms would be included in the listed rent. They are both located on the garden floor and will be unfurnished.

- The office/studio faces the backyard and gets excellent morning light. It also has a small closet.

We're both young artistic women (25 & 27) currently in graduate school at Brooklyn College and Fierstein School of Cinema (one actor graduating this May, and a filmmaker graduating next year). We're good friends and love to hang at the house. We're social and host but also value quiet time for work and rest. We cook often and enjoy a sense of community at home!
