Looking for a female to sublet my spacious bedroom and private bathroom in a lovely 2-floor brownstone w/ beautiful backyard and laundry in unit. You will be sharing the space with my one roommate. She is very nice and friendly, but can also keep to herself.

Minimum stay is 1 week (7 nights). 2+ weeks stay have preference over shorter stays but I'll consider and respond all requests :) Prices are:

1 week: $700
2 weeks: $1,200
3 weeks: $1,500
4 weeks/1 month: $1,800
