I'm an actor and playwright, living that regional theatre & bicoastal life. I have permission from my landlord & the management company to find my own subletters, while I've been traveling out of town for work. So it's very important to find someone who will take care of my space as their own, as well as have clear and respectful boundaries in their communication with myself and my neighbors.
