Looking for a quiet roommate(s) to join with me on a lease in Flatbush!
The apartment is situated on a quiet block within walkable distance of the MTA subways (2/5), as well as plenty of stores(Target, Aldi’s, Pathmark, ect), and many Caribbean restaurants.
There are two, unfurnished rooms plus a spacious attic located on the second floor of the family duplex. The apartment has a cozy kitchen and bathroom with a washer/dryer unit installed. There are two cats in the apartment so the ideal roommate would be one that loves cats. Unfortunately additional cats and/or dogs will not be allowed at this time.
Heat is included in the rent. Electricity, internet, and gas are paid separately ($80-150)
About This Lister
I am pretty easy-going, tidy, and like to keep to myself. I don’t bring the party home and I am interested in like-minded and considerate roommates. I do enjoy making art, music, movies, and reading. While I don’t ask for much, I do expect to keep a cleaning schedule going and for roommates to share in household chores.

Rental requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following for consideration:
-Earned income is at least 40x the rent
-Complete credit and background checks.
-A reference letter from previous landlord is a plus
-Sign a Roommate Agreement Form
-Security deposit + first month’s rent is due upon signing of the lease.
Pets Policy
There are two cats that are already living here so additional cats and/or dogs will not be allowed. Small pets MAY BE considered depending in the species.
