I am seeking a subletter while I'm away, someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate that this is my home.

The apartment is also available for daily rentals.

Rate: $120 per day
Minimum stay: 10 days
The apartment is cozy and comfortable. More details:

- Apartment ward-wood floor with one and a half bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 hallway, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom;
- Between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy (located at Franklin Av. X Lafayette Av.): an area full of cool bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, and nice restaurants. Near Fort Greene Park, Pratt Institute, and other cool neighborhoods such as Crown Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, and Dumbo. The building is quiet and neighborly.
- Transport: the apartment is close to City Bike station (at the corner), G train Classon or Bedford (1block), A and C trains 10 minutes walk away, and B38 and B48 buses (in front of the building). Also close to the 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q trains and LIRR at Atlantic Terminal/Barclays Center.
- Located on the second floor of a brownstone in Brooklyn with a side view (6 windows - 3 in the living room, 1 in the bed, 1 bath, and 1 in the office). We don't have an elevator, to access you need to go up a flight of stairs;
- Fully furnished:
* bedroom (King-size bed, closet, heater, fan, air conditioner, and bed linen),
* living room (Smart-TV, 3-seater retractable double sofa bed, armchair, two stools, rug, heater, sideboard, 6-seater table, and small cupboard),
* Office (home office setup: small work desk, cupboard and painting easel),
* hall (hooks for hanging clothes, space for storing shoes and sideboard),
* kitchen (well equipped: built-in cupboards, fridge, stove, microwave, blender, air fryer, electric sandwich maker, mixer, coffee machine, plates, glasses, cups, dishcloths, utensils, pots, pans and bowls etc.),
* bathroom (curtain, cupboards, bath towels and rugs, etc.),
* laundry area (vacuum cleaner and dryer);
- Utilities included (gás, electricity, internet, and water);
- No pets or cigarettes in the apartment;

Please note:

- The building does not allow pets
- Non-smokers preferred; no smoking allowed in the apartment
- NO shoes allowed inside of the apartment, please.

Renting requirements:
- Sublease agreement to be signed.
- Security deposit to be returned upon move-out inspection.
- 1 reference + links to your Social media or LinkedIn accounts
- Picture of driver's license, passport, or other official picture ID
