We're looking for a responsible tenant to sublet our spacious, unfurnished studio apartment in the heart of the Lower East Side, available for move-in on November 1st, 2024. A minimum 1-year commitment is required. The apartment will be freshly painted before move-in.

Located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained mid-rise building with elevators, directly above Trader Joe’s and Target, the apartment offers access to great amenities including a furnished rooftop, a lounge with a pool table and shuffleboard, a gym, and 24-hour doorman service.

The location is incredibly convenient, with Essex Market nearby, the Williamsburg Bridge a block away for easy access to Brooklyn, and local parks and the waterfront all within walking distance. Several train stations and a lively bar and restaurant scene are just steps away.

The apartment has plenty of storage with three closets and an in-unit washer/dryer. The modern kitchen features ample cabinet space, modern appliances, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious with a large tub.

The bright and airy living space is versatile, with lots of room for furniture arrangement. Although the space is unfurnished, we’ve included photos of how we arranged it to showcase its potential. We’re also open to discussing the possibility of parting with some of our furniture if interested.

Hoping to find someone who will take good care of our place and will be respectful to the neighbors. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
