Come and live in a low cost sublet in exchange for cat care. You would stay with my cat in a green and quiet neighborhood next to Eagle Rock and Highland Park. My home is a tidy 1950s cozy and bright guest house with wood floors and a private porch. The kitchen comes with appliances and good knives. Laundry is in the garage under the house. There is a split AC/Heat unit.

All utilities included. Cleaning fee $100. As an extra bonus, I am offering use of my 2005 Honda CRV.

My house is next to a set of Secret Stairs that are very cool to walk. Walking distance (within 10 minutes) to shopping plaza with Vons grocery store, Korean food, Vietnamese food, burgers, taco truck (evenings), bank, and nail salon.

The cat that lives with me is named Citrine, he's a sweet and funny 2 year old indoor cat. He sleeps a lot, likes to play, and needs his litter box cleaned 1 x /day. There are a few house and porch plants that would love some watering, and a mailbox to be checked a few times.
