This elevator building is packed with dogs, families, and super friendly neighbors. On the same block as the super charming restaurant and coffee shop, Inwood Farm, and literally next to Inwood Hill Park.

My apartment is colorful, bright, and super spacious. There is an office area in the living room with a printer and desk (great for any work from home situations) and enough room in the living room for yoga, working out, etc. Large smart TV and AC unit in living room and bedroom. Heat as well.

The kitchen is cozy but newly renovated and we have it organized to a t to make cooking possible, fun, and easy. Nespresso machine, juicer, and blenders available as well for your use while here.

There is a bathtub and a rain shower in the bathroom as well as lots of storage.

The bedroom is very large with a queen sized bed and tv in the room as well. Laundry in the basement and the machines are great and always open. Super easy!

The apartment is equally distant from the A and 1 trains- so you always have an option. Quiet, lovely part of Inwood right by Columbia's stadium and a farmers market every Saturday.

Price includes utilities (gas, wifi, lights, use of the ac units).

Couples welcome and end dates have some flexibility. Dogs welcome as well.
